This policy covers the NDB Games directory at games.ndbsoftware.us, operated by NDB Software. The games you open from this website are separate services with their own privacy policies.

What this portal does

The portal serves static pages, locally hosted images, and a locally hosted font. It has no accounts, payment processing, contact forms, advertising, embedded games, or third-party media embeds. This implementation does not set cookies, store information in your browser, or run analytics or tracking scripts.

Hosting and request information

This portal is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare receives technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, which may include your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. Cloudflare may process or retain request and security logs under its own policies. We have not configured a separate visitor analytics service.

If you contact support

If you email support@ndbsoftware.us, NDB Software receives your email address, the content of your message, and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond and troubleshoot your issue. Email is handled by our email provider as part of delivering correspondence. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Games, the App Store, and other links

Opening a game, the NDB Software website, or Apple’s App Store takes you to another website or service. Those services can have their own storage, account features, analytics, and data practices. This portal does not receive your game scores, in-game activity, or App Store purchase information through those links. Outbound links are configured not to send a referring page address.
